Stepping Up is a new fantastic step workout that has very creative combinations that will challenge all steppers who like to move continuously on and around the step without stopping. Enjoy Seasun’s fun turns, pivots and advanced versions of the combinations or stick with the modifier who keeps things more basic. After a quick cool-down, it is time to train the core section; small dumbbells are optional, with different variations of planks and crunches. A stretch completes the workout.
