This section is devoted to Seasun Zieger's series of fitness DVDs.
Seasun Zieger is a group fitness instructor with more than a decade of teaching experience behind her. She filmed her first advanced step aerobics video, Rock Steady Step, in January of 2003 and has since filmed 3 more. Seasun began her career as a group fitness instructor while still in high school. With certifications from AFAA, Body Training Systems, Urban Rebounding, and a Certificate of Completion from Christi Taylor`s Aerobic Instructor Training Program, she continues to teach classes at several local gyms. Although she is a very busy mom to 3 boys, Seasun continues to work hard at creating exciting, effective, and safe workouts for all fitness levels.
