You will perform like a champ mastering: spin back arms, spin back kicks, uppercuts, machine-gun leg kicks, switch hops, slip hops, (to name a few) all which will make you feel positive power and boosted self confidence! KBX also gives you five rounds of vigorous intervals after each combo that will help to define and reshape your body. You're not hitting the floor… "stay up!"
