"If you like to 'Kick' then this is the workout for you! Kick uses traditional martial art training methods in a very fun, doable format. It is challenging so be ready to sweat! You will have a modifier to help you out if you need to tone it down a bit, but for those of you that like a tough workout... well, just give it a try. I think you'll be pleased. You have two workouts to choose from or you can combine them. The first workout uses kicking drills and the second is comprised of combinations that are original and will keep you moving. When you put them together you'll be huffing and puffing but with a smile on your face."
Lynn Hahn is an ACE certified fitness instructor and lifestyle and weight management consultant with over 35 years experience. In addition, she is an expert martial artist with a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate. Lynn operates a martial arts school and provides self defense seminars in the state of Washington.
