Amy Bento - Kettlebell Dynamics
An advanced dynamic blend of cardiovascular, strength, power endurance and flexibility training to all the muscles of your body. You will perform combinations of moves that will be followed by a sport conditioning drill that will be timed for 1 minute followed by a recovery period of 30 seconds. Each combination of moves will be performed in increments of 5 repetitions. You will select a medium to heavy kettlebell weight according to your bodies capabilities. This is an advanced kettle bell training workout so prior kettlebell training experience is required. There is a short preview section of some of the moves performed in the workout to give you better understanding of form and technique. There are combinations using 1 kettlebell and combinations using 2 kettlebells (with one bell options for those combinations covered as well). These workouts move quickly and work you out in a most efficient way, so get ready for some explosive fun! The DVD also contains a warm-up and final stretch. Pre-mix options are also provided.
