Hilo Heaven: Join Christi as she jumps, twists and leaps through miles of heavenly high and low impact aerobics! She will begin with a wonderful warm-up and end with a complete cool-down and stretch for maximum cardiovascular and flexibility benefits. In between, you will enjoy the following high and low impact aerobic stages: Stage I - 25 high-intensity minutes filled with fun and easy to learn step choreography. Stage II - 25 minutes of fast-paced and heavy sweating, complex choreography! It is recommended that you watch this stage before attempting to perform it. Stage III - 20 minutes of complex high and low aerobics, and strength training with hand weights. Christi uses short and powerful aerobic intervals, alternated with brief upper and lower body strength training intervals to take you to your ultimate level of fitness and fun. It is recommended that you watch this stage before attempting to perform it. Hand weights are encouraged. Depending on your current fitness level. 3 to 10 lbs are recommended.
