A new cardio/strength workout that combines 2 complete cycles of compound med ball routines, kickboxing combinations and combat segments with a weighted bar and cardio surges. Lastly, a cool down rounds out the workout followed by a rejuvenating express fusion stretch that can be used to extend the workout or done independently to reenergize.
Equipment need: Weighted Bar 6-9 lbs, Medicine Ball 4-8 lbs.
