All Pump Xtreme:
APX trains all major muscle groups with a variety of repetitious combinations that will have your heart pumping! This workout has a challenging, progressive flow while catering to injury prevention at the same time. You will begin with warm-up, then move on to a multi-joint section, legs, upper body, core and a challenging core section. You will end with an 6-minute, well-deserved, peaceful and relaxing stretch accompanied by beautiful, Asian-themed music. This resistance challenge is easily modified by selecting a lighter weight option and/or watching for specific modifications from A-team member, Jodi.
